AJ Gerritson is obsessed with making clients happy. When he co-founded 451 Marketing in 2004 with partner Nick Lowe, their purpose was simple: Create an agency that brings the big ideas that help Ignite Brand Love for clients.
Today, AJ oversees the agency’s strategic direction as well as the sales and marketing efforts for the Boston, New York, and Los Angeles offices. He brings over 15 years of experience in brand strategy, public relations, advertising, search engine optimization, and interactive marketing to the national, award-winning agency.
AJ is an active member of the Greater Boston business community and currently sits on the Board of Directors for the CITI Center for Performing Arts, the Old North Church Foundation and March of Dimes of Boston and the advisory board for Special Olympics Massachusetts. In 2010, the Boston Business Journal named AJ to the 40 Under 40 Class.
He received a BA in Journalism from University of Massachusetts at Amherst, where he captained the Men’s Rugby Team and was named a two-time All-American. He also played professionally in Ireland for the Young Munster Rugby Football Club. AJ resides in Hull, MA with his wife Meaghan and their children Jack and Elle.
Bridget O’Brien is Vice President of Marketing where she is responsible for the strategic, creative, and operational aspects of Vistaprint’s brand strategy and activation of go-to-market campaigns. She oversees an internal Agency of 120 professionals responsible for the company’s brand management, advertising campaigns, social media, content marketing and public relations. While developing the new brand strategy, Bridget was heavily involved in customer research and participated in many face-to-face interviews, getting to know the micro business space inside and out.
Prior to joining Vistaprint in February of 2010, Bridget was a Senior Vice President of Marketing at Fidelity Investments. While there she led the company’s private equity marketing and was responsible for orchestrating strategic marketing initiatives for that area of the business. Additionally she served as a communications consultant to the company’s portfolio investments.
With over 20 years of experience in marketing and communications, Bridget has held global management positions in a variety of industries including enterprise software, investment banking, manufacturing, and advertising.
Bridget earned her B.S. in Advertising from the University of Texas, Austin.
Location: The event will take place at Vistaprint’s new, not-yet opened US Headquarters in Waltham, MA, just outside Boston. Boston Logan International Airport is about 25 minutes away.

How long will tickets be available?
Tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis and space is limited. We cannot guarantee that tickets will be available until a certain date.
Will food be provided?
Lunch, light snacks and beverages will be provided. Be sure to have breakfast prior to arriving as it will not be served.
What should I wear?
Our event is business casual. No sweats, sneakers or sloppy attire!
What should I bring?
We suggest you bring business cards and/or any other marketing materials that might be helpful when networking with the other attendees. You never know who you’ll meet, but we know incredible connections are always made.
Are cell phones allowed?
Yes, but we ask that you kindly turn your phone to silent before entering the event.
Can men attend?
Men are welcome and encouraged to attend Spark & Hustle!
Can I cancel my ticket if I’ve already paid?
Since space is limited at each of our events, we do not offer refunds if you opt not to attend. You may transfer your fully paid ticket to another person as long as it’s prior to three days before the event start. To make any kind of transfer, you must notify the Spark & Hustle event management team by phone at 212.290.2600 or email at email@example.com. Your request is not confirmed until you receive an acknowledgment of receipt from our staff. By registering for an event, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to these terms.
